Free Productivity Software -- Word Processor, Spreadsheet, and Presentation Manager

Oh, yeah. I almost forgot. You are going to need to be able to create PDF documents to submit your assignments. Who needs to spend big bucks on Micro$oft Weird, Excuse, or Putridpoint?! Not our smart, lucky, and frugal students! Here are some great free office productivity software programs that you can use for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations. And did I mention they are free? As in $0. You know. Nada. Zip. Zilch.

Open Office -- Free office software
Libre Office -- More free office software
Google Docs -- Even more free office software plus free cloud storage and it even works on your smartphone or tablet or Mac or PC or Chromebook -- very cool! Your Humble Instructor has converted all word processing documents to Google Docs. And so far, so good.

We are going to do our best to make sure that your online experience is not like this poor student.
