Grade Challenges & Canvas Access

The OLC will work with the instructor of record for a course and school administrators to figure out the best approach to access course content in the case that an administrative review of student work in Canvas is needed after a course has concluded to read-only status 2 weeks after the end of a school term.

Approaches by the OLC might include:

• conducting a guided course review under the direction of the faculty member
• temporarily un-concluding a course with faculty present so the faculty member can update grade content
• enrolling relevant SWC administrators into the course
